About the author:
Yoga changed my life before it became my livelihood.
I built this training the way I run my studios: thoughtfully, thoroughly, and with people at the center. As a therapist, I know what it takes to hold a room safely. As a studio owner, I know what it takes to fill one.

Can I put my studios name & branding on it?
Yes! The entire package is designed for it. Materials are studio- neutral with clear placeholders so you can present the training as fully your own program.
What does IP protected, but customizable mean
You are free to edit, rebrand and adapt every document for use in your own studios training. What you can't do is resell or redistribute the curriculum itself to other studios or teachers. The purchase agreement spells this out plainly.
Is it aligned with Yoga alliance standards?
The curriculum is structured around RYS-200 competencies, with an hour breakdown mapping contact hours, practicum, homework, and class observations to the full 200. Registering your school with yoga alliance remains your studios choice and responsibility.
Do I need an experienced trainer to run it?
Yes, you need to provide the qualified teacher. The facilitator manual walks you through every module objectives, session flow, key concepts, activities, and the questions students most often ask.
How is it delivered?
