ABOUT ALICIA
I believe your business and your wellbeing are the same conversation.
Most entrepreneurs are told to keep these things separate. Work harder on the business. Deal with the personal stuff later. I've never believed that — and twenty years of experience has only made me more sure.
"As you start to walk on the path, the path appears" -Rumi

My path wasn't a straight line. It was a full circle.
I started with a psychology degree and a dream of becoming a therapist. Life had other plans — I spent years in corporate retail leadership, eventually becoming a Director for a Fortune 50 company, leading international growth and managing thousands of employees.
It was meaningful work. But it wasn't mine.
So I took a leap. I left corporate life, started my own businesses, and discovered something humbling: knowing how to run a business doesn't protect you from running yourself into the ground. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and questioning everything.
What saved me wasn't another business book. It was the same things that have always saved me — therapy, yoga, and the slow work of understanding myself. I rebuilt my business from the inside out. And I came full circle: earning my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, opening a private practice, and building Tuladhara Yoga across three locations in the South Sound.
Today I hold all of it together — therapist, yoga teacher, business owner, coach — because I genuinely believe these things belong together. Your nervous system affects your leadership. Your relationship with yourself shapes your relationship with your team. The clarity you find in stillness is the same clarity that helps you make better business decisions.
My mission is to guide purpose-driven entrepreneurs to build operations, teams, and strategies that let them lead with clarity, confidence, and calm — so their business can grow without burning them out.
You might be exactly who I work with if...
-
You're a purpose-driven small business owner who feels like the business is running you, not the other way around
-
You want to grow — but not at the cost of your health, relationships, or sense of self
-
You've read the books and taken the courses, but something keeps getting in your way
-
You believe that how you do business should reflect your values — and you're not there yet
-
You're in the wellness, therapy, or healing space and need someone who truly understands your world
Strategy and soul aren't opposites. They're partners.
I bring a licensed therapist's understanding of human behavior to every business conversation. I bring a yoga teacher's belief in presence, embodiment, and sustainable pacing. And I bring a real business owner's hard-won knowledge of what it actually takes to build a team, create systems, and grow without burning out.
You won't get generic frameworks or hustle-culture advice here. You'll get someone who asks better questions — and helps you listen to your own answers.
Credentials, Values & What Makes Me Different

I value alignment, balance, kindness, and sustainability — values I bring to every coaching session.
